If you can no longer make your appointment, it's important that you cancel it so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.
How to cancel an appointment
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible by calling the surgery through 01793 536515 in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
We operate a strict non-attendance policy for any patient who does not attend at the given date and time. Click here to read our policy.
You can cancel your appointment even when the surgery is closed.
